Returns Policy

 

Returns:

Please contact us at sales@nzoab.co.nz for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) and necessary information on how to send your item back.  We may refuse to accept unauthorised or unidentified returns.

Please ensure that the item is appropriately wrapped to prevent damage during transit.  Returns MUST be clearly identified on the outside of the package with the RMA number we've issued.

We take no responsibility for the courier or postal service losing or damaging a returned item. If the item/s is lost during return transit no refund can be issued, and it is then the responsibility of the customer to contact the courier/postal service for a refund.

If an item is damaged during transit the customer will be informed immediately regarding the damage and the item will either returned ai-is to the customer or a partial refund may be given. This is at the sole discretion of New Zealand Online Auction Brokers Limited.

If an item is found to be altered in any way or is missing accessories or packaging, or the item, accessories or packaging are not returned in as-sold condition, a partial or non-refund status may be applied at the sole discretion of New Zealand Online Auction Brokers Limited.
